Harry Kane runs up £1m tab in Munich hotel as he is still yet to find a new home since moving to Bayern

The England captain completed a big-money move to Germany when finally agreeing to sever ties with Tottenham. He has made an immediate impact with the reigning Bundesliga champions, with 17 goals recorded through 14 appearances in all competitions.

Kane has hit three hat-tricks – including one against Borussia Dortmund last time out as he got his first taste of Der Klassiker – and the 30-year-old frontman has been eager to keep his full focus locked on footballing matters.

He is yet to be joined in Germany by his young family, meaning that plans to sort out a more permanent base have been put on hold. According to The Sun, that has resulted in Kane running up a seven-figure bill at the luxurious Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Hotel – where his suite costs £10,000-a-night.

Kane is not going to find himself out of pocket any time soon, as he reportedly earns £415,000-a-week at Bayern, while he has been spotted looking around grand properties in Bavaria – including one £70,000-a-month mansion that boasts eight bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and home cinema.
